Return Policy

Once a customer has placed an Order, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and can only be used while valid (no extensions). They cannot be applied once the order has been placed. 


If you wish to make a return, please follow the steps below.

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Our return policy lasts 14 days. Returns must be received at our warehouse and postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.

If you are returning an item bought at one of our pop-up shops, the item must be returned and postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

If you are returning a local pickup item, the item must be returned (postmarked or dropped off at our return drop off location) within 14 days of the pick up date you selected.  

Please email BEFORE shipping your item(s). Please include your full name, order number, the item(s) you are wishing to return and reason for returning. We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. 

You are responsible for tracking your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return credit to be processed. 


Your item must be unworn, unwashed, scent free, with no stains, with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original invoice with your return. 

Please Note: We will not accept items that have been washed. Please be sure to follow exact washing instructions to ensure the garment remains in good condition.

All sale items, jewelry, accessories, hats, Favorite Things Boxes, bralettes, bodysuits and beauty products are FINAL SALE

If an item is deemed final sale on our website or social media it will not be eligible for return.


If you believe that you have received a defective item, please contact us at within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and images of the issue.

Please Note: Items cannot be washed, without tags or worn when claimed as damaged.


For clothing, you can utilize the mailer bag your order came in if possible. All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox (if they came in one) and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. 

 Please include your original packing slip with your return order. 


Once you have been in contact with us about your return (email, we will provide you with our return shipping address. 


Once you have first been in contact with us about your return, we now offer a local return drop off. Once you have emailed us, we will give you return drop off location, instructions and the available return times. 

Returns may NOT be brought back to Country Folk. This is solely a pickup location.
